  • Inquiries that don't lead to an active relationship: up to two years

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

If you are in Quebec, you have specific rights under An Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), including the right to be informed of decisions made about you using automated processing. We do not currently use automated decision-making.

If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you have rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively. We respect these rights and will respond to verified requests.

Our website uses essential cookies required for basic functionality. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use advertising cookies or sell visitor data to third parties.
