Do you sell to end-users?
No, we sell to wholesalers, distributors, and fabricators. If you're an end-user or contractor, we'd be happy to point you to one of our customers in your area who can supply you directly. Send us a message with your location and what you're looking for.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Most products ship in full bundles. For customers in Quebec and Ontario, we can deliver a single bundle. For other regions and certain products, minimums are container-multiples. Send us your specs and we'll confirm what's workable for your location.
How long does delivery typically take?
In-stock items from our Montreal warehouse ship within days. Mill orders typically run around 12 weeks for delivery into the US and 5 months for Canada, depending on product and origin country. We send weekly status reports throughout production and shipping so you always know where your order is.
What documentation comes with each shipment?
Every shipment includes a mill test report covering heat number, chemistry, and mechanical properties, plus a packing list. If your project requires additional documentation, let us know up front so we can confirm what the mill can provide.
